Why a powder?
We understand that capsules and tablets are easier to take. Traditionally in Ayurveda, the powder of the plant, be of the root, fruit, or leaves, is what the ancient practitioners used in their formulations. They recognized that plants have an innate intelligence and contain everything needed for proper absorption, digestion, and assimilation. It allows you to taste the herb. In Ayurveda, it is said that digestion begins in the mouth with taste. It is actually a scientific fact: The tongue communicates directly with the brain and other parts of the body and sends important information based on the taste it receives. So while some herbs are more palatable than others, tasting them is more beneficial to the digestive process. Powders are also more adaptable to your daily routine and lifestyle, allowing you to add them to your preferred food or drink.
How do I take your products?
The Ultimate Foundation can be mixed in any beverage of your choosing. We recommend you add it to a liquid that has fat content, such as the milk of your choice. Traditionally in Ayurveda, they recommend carrier substances (known as “anupan” in Sanskrit). These include water, milk, ghee, aloe vera juice or gel. It is believed that a substance like this taken alongside an herbal formula will serve as a messenger or catalyst for the herbs. Ayurveda values particular carrier substances for their ability to carry herbs and formulas deeper into specific channels or tissues, and also for their capacity to moderate any potentially aggravating effects.
When should I expect to see the benefits?
We want to help you take one step at a time in the right direction. Natural products such as ours are not “take one time and see instant results”. That is not how our bodies or nature works. There have been numerous studies with many of our ingredients and most of them demonstrate that people experience positive changes after 8 to 12 weeks of regular use. It is about making small changes in your routine which will then become part of your daily life and have a compounding effect over a long time.

What are the formulations based on?
Ayurveda is one of the oldest medical healing systems that was developed more than 3000 years ago and focuses on balancing the body, mind, and spirit to promote health and wellness. It employs natural remedies, dietary guidelines, herbal treatments, and lifestyle practices tailored to an individual's unique constitution (dosha). Ayurvedic principles emphasize prevention, holistic well-being, and harmony with nature.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is very similar as it is also a medical system that has been used for thousands of years and builds upon the idea that qi (the body’s vital energy) flows along meridians (channels) in the body and keeps a person’s spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health in balance.
Anthroposophic medicine is a holistic approach to healthcare that combines conventional medical practices with spiritual and anthroposophical principles. Developed by Rudolf Steiner in the early 20th century, it emphasizes the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit, seeking to address the root causes of illness through natural remedies, lifestyle changes, and therapies like eurythmy and art therapy. Critics argue its lack of scientific evidence limits its acceptance in mainstream medicine.
What is the science behind frequencies in food?
All foods, like any living being, as well as having a caloric value also have a vibrational frequency. Everything is energy. This vibrational frequency is their electromagnetic power related to their bio-electricity (this can be compared to the so called “prana” or vital life force). The higher the photosynthesis through the power of the sunlight, the higher the frequency and vibrational life force of the food.
Through scientific equipment, it is possible to measure the amount of these electromagnetic waves/frequencies of food and it is measured in hertz.
neoNutritions is working with a lab in Switzerland to show physical evidence of these invisible vibrations through images - a one of a kind, never before seen way.
How do you ensure the quality of neoNutritions products?
neo takes a no-compromises approach to our formulations and their quality. neo products are manufactured in the US in a TGA-registered, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant facility that is recognized by NSF International. We maintain Full Batch Manufacturing Records, which ensures all finished products are 100% traceable for analytical and microbiological testing. We also maintain rigorous independent audits of our manufacturing facility, as well as toxicological reviews that verify product formulation, and label claims and prevent unsafe levels of contaminants.
What do the neo powders taste like?
Our formulations have a pleasant, healthy taste, picking up flavors from the fruits and vegetables in the blend. This includes broccoli, carrot, and the subtle sweetness of coconut blossom nectar. We never use artificial flavoring, sweeteners, and additives.
Are the powders organic?
All neo formulations are certified USDA Organic, Vegan, and Gluten Free.
Organic is a labeling term that indicates that the food or other agricultural product has been produced through approved methods that integrate cultural, biological, and mechanical practices that foster the proper use of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity. Synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, irradiation, and genetic engineering may not be used for organic products.

Can you drink neo products while pregnant?
We always recommend consulting with your medical care provider before using herbal medicine, particularly if you have a known medical condition or if you are pregnant or nursing.
Are NEO products safe for kids?
While our product is safe and follows all FDA GMP requirements, this product is intended for adults 18 years and older. For those under 18, we’d advise that you consult with your pediatrician, naturopath or herbalist prior to using the product.

Pre-order policy
We offer pre-orders on items that are currently out of stock. Please check product pages for information on products timelines. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout.
If you have ordered multiple items, all items will ship together once the out-of-stock item is back in stock. Although we will try our best to give an exact estimate on the product page, ship dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.

Where is my order?
To find your order status or tracking number, look for your shipping confirmation email. The email will provide you with your own tracking page. If you do not see this shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
How long before my order ships?
If your purchased items are not on pre-order, our fulfillment team will process and ship your order within 24–48 hours Monday–Friday. When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Be sure to check spam if you have not received the email.
If your USPS tracking information has not updated, know that your order has shipped. Facilities are not always timely with scanning in packages or updating the tracking info. Once it arrives at the post office in your county, a final ETA will be calculated.

What are my shipping options?
Shipping for all orders $60 and over throughout the contiguous United States ship for free via USPS®. For all orders under $60 shipping throughout the United States, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied. For expedited and international shipments, costs vary depending on the shipping provider and destination.
Timelines
USPS® First Class typically arrives within 5–10 business days. See USPS® current shipping times.

How do I change my shipping or billing address?

Why won’t my credit card go through successfully?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If your transaction is not going through, please double check that your credit card name, number, expiration date, and billing address are all correct.

Where can I get my tracking number?
When your item was shipped, a shipping confirmation email was sent to the email submitted with your order. If you do not see this shipping confirmation email (from orders@neonutritions.com) in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Why is my order’s tracking status stuck on “confirmed”?
Occasionally, we've seen that USPS facilities are not timely with either scanning in packages and/or updating the tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking to update. If your tracking status is stuck on "confirmed" after 48 hours, please reach out to orders@neonutritions.com
What is a pre-order or backorder, and when will my order ship?
During periods of high volume of orders, our products may be on backorder and/or shipping with delay. Please reach out to orders@neonutritions.com if you have any questions about the status of your order.
My package was never delivered.
USPS can sometimes mark a package as delivered when it leaves the processing center, and then can be as much as 3 business days before it arrives at your door. The best way to find out where your package went is for you to contact USPS directly. You can speak to their support team here: 1 (800) 275-8777 or reach out to them via email on their site.
Do you offer gift cards?

Are your products safe?
Yes. All of our products undergo extensive in-house as well as third-party testing: physical evaluation, chemical evaluation, micro enumeration, and heavy metal evaluation.
All ingredients are certified USDA organic and undergo heavy metal testing.
Our technical experts use the most advanced methods to ensure the identity, purity, quality, strength and composition of raw materials and finished nutritional products.
We conduct initial testing for identification (ID) and micros. Subsequently, a second round of testing is performed after blending the raw materials, specifically for micros, heavy metals, Calcium Assay, and gluten. Finally, after the packaging stage, we carry out a third round of testing to ensure the product meets our standards for micros.

Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured in sunny California in a state of the art facility that abides by the GMP standards and is certified by NFS.
The acronym “GMP” stands for Good Manufacturing Practices. GMPs are guidelines that provide a system of processes, procedures and documentation to assure that the product manufactured has the identity, strength, composition, quality and purity that appear on the product label. GMP standards represent the industry’s best practices and establish the highest level of controls as required by FDA.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order. We’ll refund you for the full cost of the product less shipping, VAT, and duties—no questions asked. Refunds apply to your first order only, not any subsequent shipments.
