We understand that capsules and tablets are easier to take. Traditionally in Ayurveda, the powder of the plant, be of the root, fruit, or leaves, is what the ancient practitioners used in their formulations. How do I take The Ultimate Foundation?
The Ultimate Foundation can be mixed in any beverage of your choosing. Traditionally in Ayurveda, they recommend carrier substances (known as “anupan” in Sanskrit). These include water, milk, ghee, aloe vera juice or gel. It is believed that a substance like this taken alongside an herbal formula will serve as a messenger or catalyst for the herbs.
